.DISCUSSION...Hot conditions will persist through the week, with
temperatures climbing to near record territory Thursday through
weekend. The higher terrain of Mohave County has a 10 to 20%
chance of isolated showers and thunderstorms this afternoon and
again Tuesday afternoon. Thereafter, chances for precipitation
will drop below 10% across the region as we dry out. Afternoon
relative humidities will bottom out in the 10 to 20% range today
and tomorrow, with minimum RHs dropping into the single digits to
low teens during the second half of the week. Winds will follow
typical terrain driven directional trends, with breezy conditions
each afternoon.
