.DISCUSSION...Increasing monsoon moisture and light winds should largely
keep fire weather conditions in check for the next several days.
Daily minimum RH values gradually increase each day, remaining above
15 percent over the weekend and most of next week. The moisture will
help fuel scattered showers and storms across the region, with
isolated dry thunderstorm activity possible on the western periphery
of the moisture. By the weekend, moisture should increase enough to
greatly temper this threat. Outside of any thunderstorm outflow,
light winds are expected.
