.DISCUSSION...Elevated to near-critical fire weather conditions persist
today and Saturday due to gusty winds and low RH values. Gusts of 25-
35 mph continue until sunset, and resume again Saturday afternoon.
Winds subside Sunday and early next week as high pressure builds in.
Meanwhile, temperatures remain above-normal and precipitation
chances stay very low. Increased breezes and fire danger likely in
the second half of next week as a trough approaches.
