.DISCUSSION...Afternoon south-southwesterly gusts between 15 and
25 mph are expected along with afternoon relative humidities in
the single-digits. Clear skies are expected across the area with
the exception of the Sierra Crest where some residual moisture
will lead to isolated afternoon thunderstorms this afternoon.
Winds will diminish Sunday and Monday with temperatures starting
to climb to near normal early next week.
