across eastern Mohave County this afternoon, but dry conditions
should prevail area-wide starting on Thursday. Gusty outflow winds
and localized heavy rain possible with the more robust activity.
Afternoon RH values today range from single digits across our
western zones to 15-25% in our eastern zones. Thursday and beyond,
min RH values fall to 5-15% across the forecast area with poor
overnight recoveries. Breezy afternoons persist with light winds
