...High Flows forecast to continue on Upper Sacramento River...

.Heavy rainfall across the region is resulting in high flows on the
upper Sacramento River. This will result in high action/monitor
stage and a few points to exceed flood stage. Please refer to CNRFC
webpage for further information with flooding.

Forecasts are based on present and forecasted meteorological and
hydrologic conditions at time of issuance.

Unlisted forecast points are expected to remain below monitor stage.
All those affected by river conditions should remain alert for rapid
changes and for possible forecast revisions.

 Bend Bridge 11/22 7:45 stage 16.0 ft
Forecast to recede to near 5.5 FT Sunday evening then forecast to
rise to near 6.0 FT late Sunday evening with continued rise expected.
 Monitor stage 22.0 ft, Flood stage 27.0

 Hamilton City 11/22 8:45 stage 144.9 ft
Forecast to fluctuate near 145.0 FT into late tonight then forecast
to fall below monitor stage of 142.0 FT early tomorrow afternoon
then forecast to recede to near 132.5 FT late Sunday evening.
 Monitor stage 142.0 ft, Flood stage 147.0
Impact for Hamilton City...Near 144.0 feet, County Road 23 in Glenn
County closes east of RD 2140 levee as a result of water on roadway.
Near 145.1 feet, Water inundates Phase 2A restoration area north of
Hwy 32 bridge inside of levee; touches toe of levee.
Near 137.7 feet, West Sacramento Avenue and River Road north of Big
Chico Creek flood 1.5 hours after the Hamilton City gage reaches
137.7-138.0 feet.

 Ord Ferry 11/22 8:45 stage 110.7 ft
Forecast to rise to near 114.0 FT late tomorrow morning then
forecast to fall below monitor stage of 110.0 FT early Sunday
morning then forecast to recede to near 103.0 FT late Sunday evening.
 Monitor stage 110.0 ft, Flood stage 114.0
Impact for Ord Ferry...Near 113.8 feet, Design overflow level for
M&T, 3Bs and Goose Lake flood control facilities to divert flood
flows into Butte Basin. M&T overflows close River Road from Ord
Ferry Road to Chico Road. Ord Ferry Road is already closed.
Near 110.3 feet, Head cuts in 3Bs silt weir start overflow into
Butte Basin, flooding dips on Ord Ferry Road west of River Road.
Persistent flows at or above this level increase flooding in Butte
Basin. Ord Ferry Road and additional roads in Glenn and Colusa
counties are closed due to flooding.

 Moulton Weir 11/22 8:45 stage 75.2 ft
Forecast to begin overflow early tomorrow afternoon then overflow
depth at weir increasing to 0.9 FT late tomorrow evening then
forecast to end overflow late Sunday morning.
 Monitor stage 76.2 ft, Flood stage 83.8
Impact for Moulton Weir...Near 76.2 feet, Moulton Weir crest
elevation. Overflow begins into butte sink. River Road is flooded
and closed.

Present overflow depth is about 2.4 FT then overflow depth at weir
increasing to 5.3 FT early tomorrow afternoon then overflow depth at
weir increasing to 5.5 FT tomorrow afternoon then overflow depth at
weir decreasing to 3.6 FT late Sunday evening.
 Monitor stage 60.9 ft, Flood stage 70.1
Impact for Colusa Weir...Near 60.9 feet, Colusa Weir crest
elevation. Overflow begins into the Sutter Bypass.

Forecast to rise above monitor stage of 63.0 FT just after midnight
tonight then forecast to rise to near 66.5 FT late tomorrow evening
then forecast to recede to near 64.5 FT late Sunday evening.
 Monitor stage 63.0 ft, Flood stage 70.0
Impact for Colusa Bridge...Near 65.0 feet, Water moves into the
parking lot of Loves Landing trailer park along east bank of river
inside levee.
Near 63.0 feet, Monitor Stage.

 Tisdale Weir 11/22 8:15 stage 42.6 ft
Present overflow depth is about 1.3 FT then overflow depth at weir
increasing to 2.4 FT tomorrow morning then overflow depth at weir
increasing to 2.7 FT late tomorrow morning.
 Monitor stage 44.1 ft, Flood stage 51.6
Impact for Tisdale Weir...Near 44.1 feet, Tisdale Weir crest
elevation. Overflow begins into the Tisdale Bypass. This water
eventually ends up in the Sutter Bypass.
