As a result, multiple forecast points remain above action/monitor stage, and even flood stage. The following weirs along the Upper Sacramento River are spilling-over: Moulton Weir, Colusa Weir, and Tisdale Weir. Forecasts are based on present and forecasted meteorological and hydrologic conditions at time of issuance. Unlisted forecast points are expected to remain below monitor stage.
