Sacramento River Above Bend Bridge affecting Tehama County. Sacramento River Near Hamilton City affecting Butte and Glenn Counties. ...Forecast flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity and increased in duration for the following rivers in California... Sacramento River Below Red Bluff Diversion Dam affecting Tehama County. For the Upper Sacramento River...including Tehama Bridge, Vina Woodson Bridge, Ord Ferry, and Hamilton City...Minor flooding is forecast. Moderate flooding is forecast for Red Bluff Diversion Dam. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks. Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas.
