.DISCUSSION...
Areas of fog will burn off this morning, leaving partly cloudy
skies for the rest of the day. Some thunderstorms may develop over
southwestern South Dakota this afternoon. Highs this afternoon
will be in the mid 60s to mid 70s as minimum relative humidities
bottom out in the 30s and 40s. Southerly winds will slowly
increase to 10-15 mph.

...LOW FIRE DANGER...

The grassland fire danger index will reach the low category this
afternoon. Favorable weather conditions or a high moisture
content of grasses, and other dry organic material on the ground,
indicate that the probability of a fast moving fire is low.
Outdoor burning under these conditions can usually be performed
with reasonable safety precautions, but should be monitored.

The outlook for Saturday afternoon, The grassland fire danger
index will reach the low category.
