Highs will be in the 70s with minimum RH of 20 to 45 percent, lowest over far southwest SD. Winds will be southerly at 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph, breeziest over south central SD. Fires will spread rapidly and show erratic behavior. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
