Afternoon highs will climb into the 90s over much of the area with minimum humidities dropping to 25 to 35 percent. Isolated storms may develop this afternoon, especially near the Black Hills, storms will be capable of gusty and erratic winds. Winds will be out of the east at 10 to 15 mph, gusting up to 25 mph across the northwestern plains.
