Afternoon highs today will climb into the upper 80s to near 100 with minimum humidities ranging from around 20 percent to 40 percent. Winds will be from the east to southeast at 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph. The weather should remain dry but an isolated storm can`t be ruled out near the Black Hills.
