Afternoon humidities will drop to 20 to 30%. Breezy northwest winds will develop across the plains north of I-90 this afternoon. Sustained winds will range from 10 to 20 mph and gust up to 30 mph. A system moving through late tomorrow into Thursday will bring increasing chances for widespread wetting rains to the region.
