Mostly sunny skies are expected today with high temperatures in the mid 70s to mid 80s. Minimum relative humidities will dip to the mid 20s to upper 30s. A cool front will move through today. Ahead of the front, southerly winds at 15-25 mph are expected. Behind the cool front, northwest winds will average 12-22 mph. The grassland fire danger index will reach the very high category this afternoon. Fires will spread rapidly and show erratic behavior. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
