High temperatures will be in the mid 70s to around 80. Minimum relative humidities will drop into the mid 30s to upper 40s. Southeast winds will average 15-25 mph with gusts around 30-40 mph east of the Black Hills. Very poor weather conditions and very low moisture content of grasses, and other dry organic material on the ground, indicate that dangerous burning conditions exist. Fires will spread rapidly and show erratic behavior. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
