Mostly dry today, though some isolated storms may develop over the Black Hills and southern SD this afternoon and evening. Afternoon highs will climb into the upper 80s to 90s with minimum humidities ranging from around 25 percent in southwestern SD to around 55 percent in northwestern and south central SD. Winds will be from the north at 5 to 10 mph, gusting to 15 mph.
