* WHAT...Northwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts from 60 to 70 mph
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northwestern, south central, and southwestern
  South Dakota.

* WHEN...From Thursday morning through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...The high winds may damage roofs, small outbuildings, and
