This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western South
Dakota and northeastern Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Hot, dry, and windy conditions will lead to near-critical or
locally critical fire weather conditions developing across much of
the area this afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Daily chances for at least isolated thunderstorms will return
Thursday and continue through much of the period. Organized
severe weather is not anticipated at this time.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed today.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western South
Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

In and around river valleys, heat indices will likely climb above
100 degrees this afternoon. As a result, a Heat Advisory has been
issued through 7 PM MDT (or 8 PM CDT). More information can be
found in the associated NPWUNR product.

Outside of river valleys, hot, dry, and windy conditions will
lead to near-critical or locally critical fire weather conditions
developing across much of the area this afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Daily chances for at least isolated thunderstorms will return
Thursday and continue through much of the period. Organized
