If conditions become unrepresentative, contact the National Weather Service. .DISCUSSION...Expect elevated to near-critical fire weather conditions today through Thursday, warmest and driest Thursday. Today - low clouds will persist through 1100-noon, before skies clear with sunny skies through the afternoon. Winds will remain out of the southeast through the day; as skies clear and mixing picks up, expect gusts to increase to 25 to 30 mph through the afternoon. Winds will diminish after 1800-1900, becoming northerly around 5-10 mph after 2300-0100. Daytime minimum RH will occur around 1500-1600 hours, bottoming out around 28-34 percent. Expect excellent overnight recovery as RH rises to near 90 percent by sunrise Wednesday morning. Much warmer Wednesday, and especially Thursday, with highs pushing into the mid 60s Wednesday and mid to upper 70s Thursday. Winds will be slightly lighter Wednesday (southeast 5-10 gusts 15 to 20) but will pick up Thursday (southwest 15 to 25 gusts 30 to 40 mph) with RH in the upper teens to near 20 percent. .REST OF TODAY...
