DISCUSSION...While there is a chance for some light showers in the
Black Hills this evening, expect mostly dry conditions through
tonight. A better chance for precipitation moves in Wednesday
morning near or after ignition time as precipitation moves into
southwestern SD including the southern and central Black Hills.
Showers and storms will be in the region through Wednesday
afternoon. Outside of any potential thunderstorms, winds are
expected to be relatively light over the spot area Wednesday, with
afternoon RH`s only dropping to around 65-70 percent.

showers and slight chance of thunderstorms.
