.DISCUSSION...Elevated to near-critical fire weather conditions today,
especially across northeastern Wyoming. Minimum relative humidity will
fall into the teens across the plains of northeastern Wyoming with
20 to 35 percent for much of western South Dakota. Breezy southeasterly
winds will shift out of the northeast later this afternoon into
the evening as a front settles through; expect wind gusts 20-25
mph this afternoon. Isolated storms are possible this afternoon
and evening with gusty, erratic winds and lightning likely with
any storm.
Very warm this weekend with elevated fire weather conditions persisting
in addition to daily chances of thunderstorms.
