Fire Weather Planning Forecast for NE Wyoming and WRN South Dakota
National Weather Service Rapid City SD
234 AM MST Fri Jan 31 2025

.DISCUSSION...Dry and mild weather will continue through Saturday.
Gusty winds and low relative humidity will result in elevated fire
weather conditions Saturday, especially across the southern Black
Hills and plains of southwestern South Dakota. Much colder air
arrives Sunday and lingers through the next week. Widespread
light to moderate snow accumulations are likely Sunday night
through Monday with additional light accumulations possible
through the remainder of the week.
