.DISCUSSION...Storms are beginning to develop over northeastern WY
and will continue to move eastward into western SD through the
afternoon hours. Some storms may produce damaging, erratic wind
gusts and frequent lightning with little precip. Elevated fire
weather conditions may develop tomorrow afternoon, especially
across northeastern WY as humidities drop to as low as 10%,
however winds are expected to remain light.
