.DISCUSSION...Strong cold front will bring gusty northwest winds and
chances for precipitation to the region today. Strongest winds
will be across the western South Dakota plains where sustained
winds of 30 to 40 mph and gusts of 55 to 60 mph are possible. Not
expecting any notable snow accumulations over the plains but the
Northern and WY Black Hills could pick up 3 to 6 inches of snow
today. Warming trend begins early next week with mild and dry
conditions expected through the week.
