65 mph across most areas, especially across the western South
Dakota plains. The combination of these high winds, warmer
temperatures will yield elevated fire weather conditions this
afternoon even with the minimum relative humidity values staying
well above 20 percent. Expect unsettled conditions and cooler
temperatures Wednesday through the rest of the week, with
widespread snowfall likely over the weekend.
