.DISCUSSION...A weak front will move through the region today with
 winds shifting to the northwest this morning and increasing to
10-20 mph with gusts of 30-40 mph possible over northwestern SD.
Showers and a few rumbles of thunder possible over northeastern WY
this afternoon. Elevated fire wx conditions possible over
northeastern WY into western SD this afternoon and Friday
afternoon with the breezy winds in conjunction with afternoon RHs
dropping to 25-35%. Stronger system moves through late Friday into
Saturday bringing chances for light precip over much of the area
and accumulating snow over the northern Black Hills.
