.DISCUSSION...Warmer today with deep afternoon mixing supporting
RH`s down to 15 percent across portions of northeast WY into far
southwest SD. Isolated thunderstorms will develop across WY this
afternoon and push east into western SD this evening.
Thunderstorms with little rainfall and gusty winds will be
possible. An unsettled weather pattern will develop for the
middle of the week as another upper low moves over the region and
supports a good chance of wetting rains.
