Local areas of more dense blowing dust possible near the Willcox Playa and eastward along Interstate 10 through the New Mexico border. * WHERE...Eastern Cochise County below 5000 feet, Upper Gila River Valley, and Upper San Pedro River Valley. * WHEN...From 2 PM to 8 PM MST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility.
