  gusts up to 50 mph expected. For the first Freeze Warning,
  sub-freezing temperatures as low as 32 expected. For the second
  Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 32 expected.

* WHERE...Eastern Cochise County below 5000 feet.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 11 AM this morning to 6 PM MST
  this evening. For the first Freeze Warning, from 1 AM to 9 AM MST
  Saturday. For the second Freeze Warning, from 1 AM to 9 AM MST
  Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
  Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive
  vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
