north at 3 to 5 MPH with gusts to 9 MPH. Generally, winds will
be terrain driven generally northwesterly at 5 to 10 MPH.

Temperature at ignition time was around 45 degrees and the high
temperature will be in the mid 60s. RH this morning is around 20
percent and will decrease to a minimum of around 10 to 12 percent.

Overnight, winds will be light and terrain driven with maximum RH
around 25 to 30 percent.
