.DISCUSSION...
Warm temperatures continue this week. Minimum
relative humidities will be 15-20 percent in the lower elevations
and 20-30 percent in the mountains today. Winds in lower
elevations will be light but in the 10 to near 20 mph range at
elevation. Breezy westerly winds and an increase in moisture is
likely Wednesday. Winds of 10 to 20 mph and gusts to 30 mph are
likely, mostly near and east of Tucson-Nogales. Gusts to 40 mph
possible in exposed higher elevation areas, again generally in
eastern zones. Wednesday through Friday will see lower elevation
minimum relative humidity values into the 20-30 percent range and
30-40 percent range in the mountains, then drier conditions this
weekend.
