...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM MST THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected. Rain gauges have measured up to 1.2 inches
  in the last hour.

* WHERE...From Cochise Stronghold to highway 191 including portions
  of Pearce-Sunsites.

* WHEN...Until 700 PM MST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Rises in small streams and normally dry washes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 503 PM MST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause
    urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of
    rain have fallen.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
