The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  South Central Graham County in southeastern Arizona...

* Until 945 PM MST.

* At 652 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  between 1.00 and 1.50 inches of heavy rain near the junction of
  Highway 191 and 266 to the south of Safford. Flash flooding is
  ongoing or expected to begin shortly, especially along drainages
  that drain into Stockton Wash.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Safford, Roper Lake State Park and Swift Trail Junction.

This includes the following highways...
Route 191 between mile markers 96 and 113.
Route 70 between mile markers 341 and 342.
Route 266 between mile markers 105 and 111.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
