The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northeastern Pima County in southeastern Arizona...

* Until 400 PM MST.

* At 208 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain along and near the Brawley Wash between and Manville
  Road. Radar estimates that between 0.75 and 1.25 inches of rain
  have fallen. Flash flooding, especially of those washes that drain
  into the Brawley Wash is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Avra Valley, Saguaro National Park West, Tucson Estates, Tucson
  Mountain Park and Picture Rocks.

This includes the following Flash Flood Prone Locations...
Manville Rd at Brawley Wash.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
