Eastern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona... * Until 315 PM MST. * At 1220 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing between 1 and 2 inches of heavy rain across the southeast portions of the Chiricahua Mountains. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly, especially within Horseshoe Canyon that drains west of the town of Rodeo New Mexico along the Arizona and New Mexico border.
