Brief periods of moderate to heavy snow will impact portions of
northeast Oklahoma through 7 PM CST Saturday evening.

HAZARD...Periods of moderate to heavy snow and gusty winds will
reduce visibilities to below one half mile at times. Roads may be
become slippery especially bridges and overpasses.

IMPACT...Snowfall and reduced visibilities will create locally
         hazardous driving conditions.
