...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL OSAGE AND CENTRAL
PAWNEE COUNTIES THROUGH 1000 AM CDT...

At 933 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm 3 miles
northwest of Cleveland, moving north at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
         around unsecured objects.
