845 FNUS64 KTSA 110914 RFDTSA ARZ001-002-010-011-019-020-029-OKZ049-053>076-120100- Fire Danger Statement National Weather Service Tulsa OK 414 AM CDT Tue Mar 11 2025 ...ELEVATED TO NEAR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS ALL OF EASTERN OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS. Unseasonably warm temperatures today combined with afternoon humidity values falling to 15 to 25 percent and breezy south to southwest winds will result in elevated to near critical fire weather conditions this afternoon for all of eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. This combination of breezy winds, warm temperatures, and very low humidity values will result in enhanced to near critical grassland fire spread rates. Winds will subside and humidities will increase after sunset this evening. Avoid outdoor activities that could inadvertently start a flame or spark, including proper disposal of cigarettes. Report any wildfires to local officials. $$
