...FREEZE WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY EVENING THROUGH MONDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 20 degrees possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Arkansas and east
  central, northeast, and southeast Oklahoma.

* WHEN...From Sunday evening through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...These conditions could kill plants, other sensitive
  vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

To prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them to
drip slowly.
