DISCUSSION... Low rain chances remain for mainly far eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas through this afternoon while a low pressure system and its associated cold front move through the region. Additional rainfall today is expected to be light. SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT... Spotter Activation Not Expected. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday. SATURDAY...No Hazards. SUNDAY...Thunderstorm Potential. MONDAY...Thunderstorm Potential...Heavy Rain Potential. TUESDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...No Hazards. EXTENDED DISCUSSION... Shower and thunderstorm chances return Sunday night and continue into Monday night across eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas as another area of low pressure lifts northeast across the Southern and Central Plains. At this time, the greater thunder potential is along and south of Interstate 40 Sunday night and Monday.
