RISK...Limited. AREA...Southeast Oklahoma. ONSET...Ongoing. DISCUSSION... Slow moving showers and isolated thunderstorms across parts of southeast Oklahoma early this morning will continue to result in localized areas of heavy rainfall and flooding. The showers and storms will begin to taper off by mid to late morning. SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT... Spotter Activation Not Expected. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday. SUNDAY and MONDAY...Thunderstorm Potential. TUESDAY...No Hazards. WEDNESDAY through FRIDAY...Dangerous Heat Potential. EXTENDED DISCUSSION... Shower and thunderstorm chances will return to mainly eastern Oklahoma late Sunday into early Monday. Locally heavy rainfall will be possible with these storms as well.
