This Outlook is for Northwest and West Central Arkansas as well as
much of Eastern Oklahoma.

ONSET...This afternoon.

DISCUSSION...
A couple of storms may impact northeast OK this morning, but the
probability remains low overall. A slightly better chance of a few
isolated storms develops this afternoon, also for northeast OK,
especially near the KS border. Hot temperatures will develop again
this afternoon, but a cold front will bring some relief by later
in the day.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
Much cooler weather will move into the area Sunday into Monday.
Well below normal temperatures will then continue through the
week. Storm chances ramp up Monday to Tuesday. Areas of heavy rain
are expected. Additional storms are likely Thursday to Friday,
with more heavy rain possible. Flash flooding will be the primary
hazard, with severe weather possible but not likely.
