Dangerously hot conditions are again expected this afternoon across eastern Oklahoma and west central Arkansas. Heat index values of 102 to 112 degrees are forecast, with the higher readings across mainly Franklin county in west central Arkansas. Take proper heat precautions while outdoors today. SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT... Spotter Activation Not Expected. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday. WEDNESDAY...Dangerous Heat Potential.
