RISK...Limited. AREA...Eastern Oklahoma. ONSET...Late Afternoon. HEAVY RAIN. RISK...Elevated. AREA...Much of eastern OK and northwest AR. ONSET...Late Afternoon. DISCUSSION... The first part of the day will be mild and breezy. A few storms will continue for portions of northeast Oklahoma through dawn or so before diminishing. Another line of storms will impact the area in the late afternoon or evening. Storms will first move into northeast Oklahoma before spreading to the remainder of the area. Pockets of strong damaging wind are likely, with a lesser threat of large hail or an isolated tornado. Heavy rain will promote a flash flood and river flood potential. A few storms will linger overnight into Wednesday morning. SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT...
