DISCUSSION... Humidity levels continue to recover which will help to decrease fire weather concerns this evening. Otherwise, no hazardous weather is anticipated across eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas through tonight. SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT... Spotter Activation Not Expected. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday. FRIDAY AND SATURDAY...High Wind Potential. SUNDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...No Hazards. WEDNESDAY...Thunderstorm Potential...Heavy Rain Potential. EXTENDED DISCUSSION... Very warm temperatures, breezy southerly winds and lower humidity values will elevate fire weather conditions across portions of eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas Friday and Saturday. Area of greater potential is along and west of Highway 75 in northeast Oklahoma Saturday afternoon where humidity level are forecast to fall below 40 percent. Additional fire weather concerns develop Monday afternoon behind a boundary lifting northward through the region. During the middle to latter half of next week, a more unsettled weather pattern is forecast with a low pressure system moving into the Plains. Uncertainty in details remain, however thunderstorm chances return for eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas.
