This Outlook is for Northwest and West Central Arkansas as well as
much of Eastern Oklahoma.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

DISCUSSION...
Breezy southerly winds return today across eastern Oklahoma and
northwest Arkansas.

SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT...
Spotter Activation Not Expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.
WEDNESDAY...Thunderstorm Potential.
THURSDAY...Thunderstorm Potential...Heavy Rain Potential.
FRIDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...Thunderstorm Potential.
MONDAY...Thunderstorm Potential...High Wind Potential.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
Thunderstorm chances develop Wednesday and remain in the forecast
through the weekend as a series of weak upper level disturbances
move through the region. Weak forcing aloft each day should limit
organized severe weather, though an isolated severe potential each
day exists. Moisture lifting back into the region Thursday could
allow for locally heavy rainfall and an increased flood concern.
