.DISCUSSION...
A cold front will move through early this afternoon shifting the
winds from the south to the north. Winds will also increase
following the passage of the front, with gusts to 15 miles an hour
or greater possible. Clouds will also increase today, especially
following the frontal passage. Temperatures will warm into the
lower 40s, with humidity values remaining near or above 70
percent.
