* WHERE...Caney River near Collinsville.

* WHEN...From Thursday morning to tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, minor lowland flooding occurs.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 20.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 26.0
    feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage
    early tomorrow afternoon.
