* WHEN...From this evening to just after midnight tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, minor agricultural flooding occurs.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 20.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this afternoon to a crest of 21.2 feet this evening. It
    will then fall below flood stage this evening.
  - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.

  Rural roads near the main channel may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 23.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this afternoon to a crest of 29.0 feet early tomorrow
    afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
