...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT TO EARLY SUNDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Neosho River near Commerce.

* WHEN...From late Wednesday night to early Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, moderate agricultural flooding occurs with
  Riverview Park experiencing minor to moderate flooding. Low lying
  places around Miami may be cut off from easy access.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 5.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early Thursday morning to a crest of 18.0 feet Friday
    morning. It will then remain near 18 feet through late Friday
    night before falling below flood stage Saturday evening. This
    forecast includes the next 24 hours of future rainfall, and
    additional rainfall later this week may impact this forecast.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
