...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL TOMORROW AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Spring River near Quapaw.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, park and recreational areas downstream
  from the gage site experience moderate flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 23.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 25.0
    feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late
    tomorrow morning.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
