Low water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 515 PM CST, Emergency management reported heavy rain occurred in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Between 3 and 8 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Fort Smith...
